Field Rental Policy
Rental Cost
The Varsity and Freshman Fields can be reserved based on availability.
2 Hour Rental - $150
Same Day Rental - $200
All Day Rental (Varsity/Turf) - $750*
All Day Rental (Freshman/Natural) - $500*

Review the calendars below to determine if your date and time is available. If the time is available, complete the form with your rental request.
*Site Manager Fee
For all day tournament rentals, there will be a $100 per day site manager fee included in the total cost of rental.
Renter's Responsibility
A renter's responsibility document will be sent prior to your arrival that outlines the general maintenance and expectations of your rental. Failure to follow the maintenance and expectation guidelines may result in cancellation of future rentals and/or recoupment of damages.
Insurance Requirement
Anyone who rents a field is required to send proof of team insurance prior to their first rental. If proof of insurance is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and payment will be lost.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with greater than 24 hours' notice: Renter will receive a credit for a future rental.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund or credit will be issued.
Cancellation due to weather related situations will receive a credit for a future rental.
